OUR STORY
Meditative Audio is a home for thoughtfully produced wellness audio and educational resources about listening, rest, meditation, and sound. We share research-informed context alongside traditional wellness perspectives, and we aim to distinguish clearly between established evidence, early research, and personal practice.
Our articles are published by the Meditative Audio Research Desk, an organizational editorial byline. We do not present unnamed contributors as licensed clinicians, researchers, or reviewers. Where a claim relies on outside research, readers can follow the linked source and consider its methods, limits, and relevance.
Our audio is intended for personal listening and reflective practice. It is not medical care, a diagnostic tool, or a replacement for support from a qualified health professional. Individual responses to sound, music, and meditation vary.

HOW WE WORK
We prioritize accessible explanations of primary research, systematic reviews, and professional guidance when discussing scientific topics. We link to sources where practical and describe uncertainty rather than treating emerging findings as settled fact.
We describe the listening format and frequency labels used in our audio as clearly as we can. A frequency label or binaural-beat setting does not establish a clinical benefit, and a product description should not be understood as a health claim.
We review articles for clarity, source access, and appropriately limited language. We do not claim that every article has clinician or subject-matter-expert review unless that reviewer is identified truthfully on the relevant page.
We welcome corrections and revisit pages when a material source, safety issue, or factual update is identified. Articles that discuss research should link to the underlying source when possible so readers can evaluate it directly.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We aim to describe listening formats, frequency labels, and intended use plainly. Traditional frequency associations are presented as wellness frameworks, not as clinical findings.
Our audio is for personal wellness and relaxation routines. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical or mental-health condition.
Each audio experience is designed for intentional listening, meditation, rest, or personal reflection. What feels useful can differ from one listener to another.
OUR MISSION
We create and curate audio for mindful listening, relaxation routines, and personal reflection. Our goal is to make it easier to explore sound practices while keeping the boundary clear: wellness content can complement everyday habits, but it does not replace medical or mental-health care.
We are committed to transparency, accuracy, and accessibility. We aim to cite claims that depend on external evidence, identify uncertainty, and correct material errors when they are found. Some material discusses traditional chakra frameworks; those perspectives are not presented as medical fact.
EXPLORE OUR COLLECTIONSAccuracy: We aim to support externally verifiable scientific claims with direct sources and to label emerging, limited, or traditional perspectives appropriately. A published page may be corrected when a source, citation, or claim needs improvement.
Authorship: Current educational articles carry an organizational Meditative Audio Research Desk byline. We do not claim individual clinical, research, or reviewer credentials unless they are truthfully identified and verifiable.
Transparency: We distinguish between well-established science and traditional/anecdotal claims. We do not overstate the benefits of sound healing or make medical claims. We always recommend consulting healthcare professionals for medical conditions.
Updates: We revise pages when a material factual issue, source problem, or safety concern is identified. Publication dates are not a substitute for readers consulting current qualified guidance for individual health concerns.
